Trip therapy: Experience Psilocybin therapy at my home

After a negative event and recurring overwork, I came across the trail of Psilocybin. I ordered the book by Michael Pollan, Expand your mind. What psychedelics teach us about consciousness, dying, addiction and depression.

My interest was piqued and I googled. That's how I ended up on Marcel's site. Called after an intake and received advice for supplements prior to the session.

As the session got closer, I was well prepared for the session by emails with tips and explanations about the session. From what intention you start with to what you should and shouldn't eat and drink.

Since it was my first time, I didn't really know what to expect, so I opened up. After meeting Marcel I drank the truffle tea, after fifteen minutes I started to feel it, a bit sick at first. When it worked well I lay down. Hard to let go of control at first. Marcel is relaxed, which helped make it happen.

It is a bizarre experience, difficult to explain. Many emotions were released, saw extremely beautiful images and also had frightening moments. The music certainly did its job, I was completely 'sucked in'.

We are now 5 days further and notice a greater sense of peace. Less restlessness in my head and a sense of awe. My ego is less dominant.

Hopefully this effect is permanent. Anyway, I'm working on that a lot.
