You are more beautiful than your self image!

99% of the population is more beautiful than the self-image. Why do people look at themselves so critically and see everything that is not beautiful about themselves? A birthmark can already do so much bad for self-image, while another sees it as just a characteristic of a person.

The negative pattern

The more often someone lies to themselves that they are ugly or worth nothing, they will eventually believe that lie. Typically, the origin of this lie has been a harassment. Bullying exists to put other people down so that the bully increases in value relatively speaking. Other causes can be:

  • Comparing yourself too much to others
  • Not feeling appreciated during childhood
  • Anxiety including fear of failure

Ultimately, we can trace all reasons back to fear. The fear of not being good enough.

Not being good enough

You hurt yourself a lot when you're not good enough for yourself. You will express this in verbal and especially non-verbal communication. The non-verbal communication, such as body language, is perceived consciously and unconsciously by others and a response automatically follows. Others will also see you as lesser, which makes the whole thing even more difficult. This is the effect of a negative spiral of low self-esteem.

Due to the low self-esteem, complaints can arise that vary from depression, anxiety, burnout to physical complaints.

Positive spiral

Coming from the negativity of the negative spiral to a positive spiral is not that easy. Breaking old patterns is difficult because of how our brain works. Thinking yourself sick due to low self-esteem is proof that the mindset can be very strong. Why don't we use it to benefit from it? To get back into a positive spiral, we use how the consciousness (the mind) and the body work together.

Physical support

In order to reverse the hormonal impact of a negative self-image, we will always provide our customers with nutritional and supplement advice. Psychological support

We opt for psychedelic therapy with psilocybin, the effect of which is so strong that only 1-2 sessions of 4-6 hours are needed. During psilocybin therapy it is possible to break all patterns because the subconscious brain and conscious brain can communicate freely. Typically, we operate a schedule with most clients that looks like this:

  3. Watch a 2-3 week progression from point 2

  5. Debriefing of the psilocybin therapy on the same day
