I notice structural improvement. In my environment but certainly internally. By taking on challenging situations I train myself to react less primarily, but to analyze more precisely what is being said. I have more patience for it, I'm getting better at it and it's becoming more and more natural. My need for alcohol is less and I am generally more cheerful and in the moment.

Get a lot of positive feedback from my environment too. I radiate more peace. All very positive.
