Deadly ayahuasca ceremony?

Although ayahuasca is not super dangerous, people sometimes die participating in an ayahuasca ceremony. Unfortunately, a Hungarian died last week who would have participated in an ayahuasca ceremony. Other sources state that this Hungarian died by suicide after taking iboga (ibogaine). Further investigations are yet to determine what caused the death.

Ayahuasca has hip fame

Ayahuasca is hip and happening. However, ayahuasca has a number of disadvantages, including a health risk. This has nothing to do with the illegal component DMT, but with the added MAO inhibitors. In combination with elevated blood pressure or certain medications, this can lead to a fatal outcome.

It can be safer

Psilocybin as an alternative is safe for health and has greater healing potential than DMT (ayahuasca). Why would you run more risk by going for ayahuasca when you can achieve at least the same with psilocybin ceremony? Make a conscious choice and read yourself well by using multiple sources.
