hero dose
The high heroic dose of psilocybin I did yesterday with this client in Amsterdam was extreme. A normal high dose of psilocybin is 25mg and this time we did 70mg.
Insights during the hero dose
During the coming up, all concepts became meaningless and it seemed to the person who underwent the trip that he lost everything he knew. Then the ego death occurred and that lasted for about 3 hours. That's quite a long time for an ego death. During the coming down it felt like he was born again and as if all the things he knew and possessed were given and granted to him. It was precisely the loss and the retrieval that caused gratitude and appreciation. Another insight was that he himself was working against his own romantic relationship and that he DOES want to marry his girlfriend.
